Sealed bids will be received by the Coshocton County District Library Board of Trustees as provided in this notice for its HVAC Upgrades and Air Handling Unit Replacement Project at its Main Branch located at 655 Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812. Contract Documents may be obtained from Luke Shumaker, PE at lshumaker@hflenz.com and are on file and available for purchase from Dodge Data & Analytics. All questions should be addressed to Luke Shumaker, PE at lshumaker@hflenz.com by the deadline in the Instructions to Bidders.
Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Coshocton County District Library Board of Trustees, ATTN Kim Eick, Fiscal Officer, Coshocton Public Library – Main Branch, 655 Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812, and plainly marked on the outside "CCDL – HVAC UPGRADES AND AIR HANDLING UNIT REPLACEMENT PROJECT BID." Bids will be received until 12:00 PM, local time February 13, 2023 and immediately after the deadline, the bids will be opened and publicly read in the small meeting room at the Main Branch.
A pre-bid conference will be held on January 17, 2023 at 1:00 PM, at the Main Branch Library, 655 Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812 in the large meeting room.
All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
