Happy Fourth of July

The Coshocton Public Library and West Lafayette Branch will be closed on Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4. Return boxes are available outside of the library 24/7, plus you can access the Ohio Digital Library, online catalog, and online databases even when the library is closed. The library will resume normal hours on Monday, July 6.

Curbside Pickup

The Coshocton Public Library System is now offering curbside pickup. Drop boxes are available for returns, but please be assured that overdue fines will continue to be forgiven. Please click here for more information.

Virtual Assistance

While the library building is closed, reference assistance and digital tech help are still available. Library staff can be reached during regular, library hours by emailing info@coshoctonlibrary.org. Click here for additional information, including digital help guides, YouTube instructional videos, and e-card registration information.

COVID-19 Journal Project

The Coshocton Public Library would like to encourage Coshocton County residents of all ages to write down their thoughts, feelings, and experiences during these days of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our library has a wonderful Local History Room and we would like to create a collection (once we get back in the building!) of written reflections on this important historical moment. Instructions for contributing journal entries to the library will come later. For now, just start writing to create a valuable resource for future generations.

Teen Art Competition

Teens, create a work of art that simply expresses how you perceive INDEPENDENCE and submit it to youth@coshoctonlibrary.org by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30th to be eligible to win a prize and have your work displayed on the Coshocton Public Library System’s Facebook page.
