The Coshocton County District Library limits the number of borrowed items to 100 checked out at one time; however, the library does not restrict or limit checkouts based on content. 

The library offers Internet use for no charge to those with library cards, as well as those who do not have one. The computer is not to be used for illegal or obscene purposes. Wireless use is available as well. All children under 13 years old must have a parent or guardian's approval before going online. View the complete Internet Access and Safety Policy here. 

The Coshocton County District Library offers two meeting room spaces for public use:

A Code of Conduct policy is in place to maintain a safe and respectful atmosphere for all library patrons and workers. The complete Code of Conduct policy can be accessed here.

The library collects no personal information from website visitors. The Coshocton County District Library uses cookies to collect traffic data for analysis and uses Google Analytics to track general use as described by Google but does not track or permanently record information about individuals and their visits.

All children under the age of six must be accompanied by an adult. If there are children left unattended when the library closes and the guardians cannot be found, the proper authorities will be notified.
