# Book Club for Tweens DEC. 12, JAN. 9, FEB. 13 | 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM Coshocton County Library – Large Meeting Room Children in grades 3 to 6 are invited to join us on the second Tuesday of each month for discussion, games, snacks, and activities. During the winter months, we will read book all about families. Winter Break At Your Library DECEMBER 21 – JANUARY 3 Main Library and West Lafayette Branch Stop in the library to pick up an activity sheet to complete over winter break! Complete the activities listed and return the sheet to any desk at the library or in the drop box for a chance to win a prize. Tween & Teen Time @ the Branch THIRD THURSDAYS | *5:00 PM – 6:00 PM West Lafayette Branch Library Join us on the third Thursday of each month at the Branch Library for art, games, snacks and pop. *NEW TIME - come hang out with friends after school until the program starts! DECEMBER 21: Yarn Trees and Art JANUARY 18: Sock Snow People FEBRUARY 15: Bleeding Tissue Paper Art Craft Nights @ the Main Library FOURTH WEDNESDAYS | 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM Coshocton County Library – Large Meeting Room Tweens and teens are invited to create new pieces of art each month at the library! DECEMBER 27: Yarn Trees and Art JANUARY 24: Sock Snow People FEBRUARY 28: Bleeding Tissue Paper Art Weekly Storytimes FEBRUARY 6 – MARCH 28 Lapsit (ages 0-3) | 10-10:30 AM Preschool Storytime (ages 3-6) | 11-11:30 AM Starting back up on February 6, Storytimes will be held every Tuesday at the West Lafayette Branch and every Wednesday & Thursday at the Main Library. Join us for stories, songs, games, crafts, and more! If a child is 3 years old, the caregiver may determine if Lapsit or Preschool Storytime is more appropriate. Coshocton StoryWalk Clary Gardens, 588 W. Chestnut St. Visit the Coshocton StoryWalk this winter to enjoy the story, A Thing Called Snow, by Yuval Zommer. Monthly Activities Each month, new activities are available for children to participate in at the Main Library (Children’s Room) and West Lafayette Branch. Stop in either library to complete each challenge for a chance to win a prize! WTNS “Read to Me” Programs Tune in to WTNS Coshocton 99.3 FM every Monday evening at 6:30 PM to hear a special story from the library. 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten Sign up for the challenge on the Beanstack Tracker app. 1 book x 365 days x 5 years = 1,825 books!
