7 Joy Joy Introducing Joy Joy, the new mascot for the Coshocton Public Library Bookmobile! She is a Maltipoo, 4 months old and weighs 3 pounds. She currently is in training on the bus and the children (and adults) are in love with her. Look for her in the window. About the Friends The Coshocton Friends of the Library promote the library and literacy in the community.
