Borrow eBooks for free with your Coshocton County library card with the Libby app, Ohio Digital Library, or Hoopla. Share what you’re reading on social media using the hashtag #EBOOKLOVE and join the conversation! Technology Assistance One-on-one technology assistance is available at the library. Examples of what the library can help with are device basics, library digital resources, email basics, social media apps, virtual communications, password managers, and external/USB drives.
