Fall Newsletter 2022

Director’s Corner The fall edition of the newsletter is here which means cooler days are ahead. If you visited the Coshocton location during the heat of summer, you undoubtedly noticed the building was a bit warm. The existing HVAC unit that supplies climate control to the original 1917 structure is from 1980. The library has been following state laws to replace this unit. The process began in January of 2022 when the library solicited an engineer for the project. Since February, H.F. Lenz has made multiple visits to conduct research and work on drawings. This large project is on track for completion in 2023. We are thankful for receiving financial support received to date from Coshocton Rotary, George and Wilma Clark Family Library Fund of Coshocton Foundation, and the Montgomery Foundation. Kindly, Jennifer Austin IN THIS ISSUE: Adults/Digital Tech. 2-3 Teens 4 Children 5 West Lafayette Branch 6 Bookmobile 7 Friends of the Library 7 Fall Newsletter 2022 | September/October/November LIBRARY CLOSINGS: Monday, September 5 Labor Day Monday, October 17 Staff In-Service Day Thursday, November 24 Thanksgiving Day LOCATIONS & HOURS: Main Library 655 Main Street Coshocton, OH 43812 (740) 622-0956 info@coshoctonlibrary.org Monday-Wednesday 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM Thursday-Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM West Lafayette Branch 601 East Main Street West Lafayette, OH 43845 (740) 545-6672 wlbranch@coshoctonlibrary.org Monday-Wednesday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Thursday-Friday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Fall Spotlight: Coshocton StoryWalk® Take time this fall to enjoy reading and the beautiful foliage at the same time!
