How Do I...?

Get a Library Card? You may apply for a library card in person at the Main Library in Coshocton, the West Lafayette Branch Library, or on the Bookmobile. A photo ID and proof of current address are needed. For minors, a legal parent/guardian must be present and show photo ID. To apply for an e-card, sign up here.  

Reserve a Book or Other Library Material? You may search the library catalog by clicking above on the catalog button and following the online prompts to reserve library materials. You must have a library card and a PIN number in order to do so. Requests can also be made by calling the reference desk at (740) 622-0956 or (740) 545-6672 or by emailing info@coshoctonlibrary.org

See What I Have Checked Out? Click on 'My Account' above and enter your library card number and PIN. You can then click on Checked Out to see a list of items on your account. Don't have a PIN? Call or stop in to set one. 

Renew Items Online? Click on 'My Account' above and enter your library card number and PIN. You can then click on Checked Out to see a list of items on your account. Check the items you want to renew and click on the renew button.

Learn About Events at the Library? To find out what is happening at the library for you and your family, view the Events Calendar or subscribe to the library's quarterly newsletter.

Use the Internet at the Library? High-speed Internet is available at the library for all patrons. You must have your library card and know your PIN number to log on to the library's Internet connection. Out of town users may receive a guest pass.

Reserve a Computer? If you would like to reserve Internet time at the library, call the Main Library in Coshocton at (740) 622-0956 or the West Lafayette Branch Library at (740) 545-6672. Computer time may be reserved up to one week in advance.

Use the Library's Wi-Fi? The library provides reliable high-speed wireless Internet service to individuals with their own devices. View your available wireless networks and connect to the 'CPL-Public' wireless network. To connect to the wireless network, check the box accepting the terms from an open browser.
