The change in season is upon us! Going from the great outdoors to the great indoors with our blankets and good books can be fun as the fall leaves change color and the weather cools down. But it doesn't take long for cabin fever to set in. What do we do to combat the fall and winter blues?

Sheila Mayse of MSW Solutions will be partnering with the Coshocton Public Library on September 25th to help you prepare for what to expect in the change of weather, helpful mindfulness tips and practices, maintaining positive thoughts, and resources to promote mental wellness for yourself and others.

Sheila Mayse has a Master of Social Work Degree from West Virginia University and is a
Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Supervision Endorsement. Mayse owns and
operates MSW Solutions, a private practice counseling and social work services center, where she provides outpatient mental health services, as well as psychological evaluations, parenting assessments, mediation, and family enrichment services including supervised parenting time, and reunification services. She also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem for the Coshocton County Juvenile Court. She has nearly 30 years of experience providing social work services to a variety of populations.

Registration is required for this program.
