Chi Class on Facebook Live

As 2020 winds down and the holidays are so quickly upon us, take some time out of your day to practice deep breathing, gentle movements, and relaxing thoughts.  Always important, but now even more so, these exercises will put your body in a state of re-building and healing.  No experience is necessary.  Only the willingness to move and be moved.  These classes are taught by Holli Rainwater, Certified Tai Chi Easy Practice Leader
